Nephan's Request

This is an hour and a half work for ~Nephan's character.

Desription: [C&P]
1) a female character with brown hair & hazelnut (brown) eyes
2) possibly wearing a something with a hood
3) her skin glowing a faint white with an "electric" effect playing under the glow
4) graphics of "wind" swirling around her
5) it would be preferable if the wind peaked into the howling head of a white wolf (foreshadowing here!)

I failed the wolf xD ahaha.
I made this more of a cell-shaded work than a sketch though xD. well I did that due to the colors.. I have more troubles and spends more time, randomly coloring sometimes, so I prefer just using the bucket, and that helps only when I have a good line art xD.
